"We loved this hotel! The layout of the rooms was great and they were very spacious! The. Bathrooms were beautiful and also spacious. Having the washer/dryer in the room was helpful and we were able to do laundry everyday. We had one issue with the air dryer in shower, we went downstairs and they had someone up in 10 minutes to fix it. Everyone who worked there was very kind and helpful. We were able to easily use Google Translate if they didn’t speak English. The location was nice wand...

"Great hotel! Perfect location was across the street from a huge Don Quijote (open 24 hr) and was only a short walk to different train stations. Uniqlo was right below on the lower floors. The room, hallways, and elevators were clean. Amenities were provided free for all. You could make your choice of daily room cleaning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "The location of this hotel is a great spot. The room itself along with the hotel is well maintained and comfortable. The availability of the laundry machines along with access to the rooftop with an amazing view just adds as a bonus. Only issue that we had was the air conditioning wasn't working properly but it may have been an error on our end due to language barrier which was fine regardless. Amazing hotel! Would come back again."
