"Room was very nice and great extra features. The only issue was a lot of noise traveled in from the gaps in the door and the voices from the next room were plainly heard while I was trying to go to sleep. Staff was excellent, room very clean."

"Newly renovated. Very nice rooms now. Very close to the airport. This is a nice stay now, and deserves better than the 6.5 rating it had. I will be staying here whenever I fly out of Syracuse. They also have affordable long term parking available for folks using the airport too. Free shuttle to the airport too. "

"Our room was 59• degrees. Contacted front office was told I should have let them know during the day. We weren’t in our room under late after a tournament. It was the coldest two nights of the winter. They also charged my card for two different deposits when I had already paid for it in advance through Expedia. Room also smelled like pee. "

"Not great when maybe too fully booked. When checking in the reception changed our room and said that Expedia had booked handycap room in error.
Bed sheets did not fit the beds in our double Queen room and one of the beds had dried food that was maybe trapped in the wash but disgusting when I pulled the blanket back to get in bed. I did not like the crowded breakfast area and was not able to get any breakfast."

"Zeke was extremely courteous and helpful during check in.
The room cleanliness was less than stellar. The mattress was stained oretty bad, crumbs o. The carpet, lipstick on a hand towel and water pooling in the heater.
Included breakfast was a waffle iron with waffle batter, yogurt, bread and bagels. Hardly anything decent to even make a good continental breakfast.
Hotel is under construction with dust and debris all through the hallways and no access to the weight room.
Lastly the snow...
