I booked the hotel because there is a roof top terrace to see the West Lake. But in fact, the roof top terrace is closed all the time. I was disappointed. But the staff was nice. The room is a bit outdated but clean.

Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou At Hangzhou Centre
It was a spectacular stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again!

Kempinski Hotel Hangzhou
Lovely room with super soft bathrobes and we liked so much we have bought one for home. Staffs were helpful and efficient and they kindly extended our check out time to take into account our late flight.
