"Only in Hanoi for 3 days and 2 nights so was looking for a decent but not too expensive place to stay and the Jade fitted met the criteria perfectly. It is smack bang in the centre of the CBD and only 10 minutes walk to the Lake. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. "Nice hotel with excellent staff. Anh (Jane), I believe is the hotel manager and went to every effort to assist me. It is located in the heart of the Old Quarter on beer street and can be intense for the first timer coming in and out of the hotel at night. The touts are mostly friendly and I didn't hear any of the noise from Beer Street suggesting that the rooms are sound proofed well."
