"The staff at the Splendid Premium hotel is amazing. They are the most genuine and friendly group I’ve ever experienced in all my global travels. They truly go out of their way to make you feel at home, as well as help you with any details around the city and around Vietnam if you’re looking for travel excursion assistance. The hotel itself is great and in a great location within 5 minutes walk of old quarter and many attractions. It’s great for business travelers, backpackers and families with small children. Rooftop bar has a nice view of the area and the lake, but the staff is why I keep going back."

"Friendly hotel staff, clean rooms, and helpful concierge. Special shout out to Sulli, Jimmy, Angela and Jenny. Breakfast fare was limited but they graciously made a variety of eggs and pho on request. Laundry available for small charge. We will return to this location on our next visit to Hanoi."
