"The staff are so friendly that they make you feel like home. They made every effort to make our stay a pleasant one. Cleanliness is always our highest priority and they met our expectation. The air conditioning and beds are also very comfortable. Want to give Rosie, Dong, May, Cindy, and William a big shoutout for always wearing a big smile on their face."

"The professional staff from the Lobby, the hospitality staff, the body treatment services to the rooftop bar. You were welcomed every time you entered the building and you could see that greetings were genuine and the staff cared for every customer. The morning breakfasts were of a very high standard and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too difficult for them to arrange. Our stay was excellent, thank you and keep up the standard."

"We stayed in the Gem suite and everything was top notch. Room was spacious. Bathroom was well stocked and large. Extra touches, I.e. wine and fruits on arrival were perfect. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our breakfasts. There was plenty of selection and lots of new dishes to try. Anna was very friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect. We could walk wherever we needed to go."
Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel

"2 adults + 2 year old. 6 night stay. PROs - very good breakfast, quiet room (3rd floor), very good location, twice daily turndown. CONs - pool was really dirty (murky, mouldy and slippery on the bottom - we ended up with skin rashes!), pool area cramped and very little shade available which is a problem in 37 degree days, hotel staff weren’t very warm / attentive ie help with opening door for pram 50% of the time (except Rosie at breakfast), hotel restaurants had zero ambience. At the price point for Hanoi it was hit and miss, so we wouldn’t stay again but may suit other travellers more than it suited us."
