"Good location. It’s on a busy street but our room faced an inner opening so there was little noise from the street. That said there was no natural light or view but it was a reasonable trade off for a quiet sleep. The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh fruit, eggs, and good coffee and more."

"The hotel was very conveniently located in the Old Quarter and the staff was great everyday including everyone, from the door man to the front desk manager. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. It’s really a nice place to stay. The rooms we booked had two queen size bed which is rare to see. It could host four people if needed with shared beds. It also has a pool on the roof top, a gym with basic equipment, spa, and the breakfast was delicious with varieties. Overall, the location, the hotel, and the staff were wonderful!"

"The rooms were clean and very very quite considering the neighbourhood. It's a great location and most importantly, the staff were excellent. Bob went above and beyond to help us out with additional bookings and we really appreciated his hospitality. Everyone was wonderful. He helped us book a spa treatment which was amazing and the food here is phenomenal."

"Everything was nice. The hotel staff was friendly. It's a basic hotel but that's all I needed. I had a room with no window which was also fine and I knew when I booked. I took away one star because I was a little concerned about a lamp in the room that would glow half bright during the night, which seems like something might be wrong with that wiring. (Based on my own misadventures in wiring) I still recommend this hotel as a nice basic place to stay because it's off the main road and therefore much quieter."

"I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and the location is very convenient for getting around Hanoi. The room was comfortable, and the bed was great for a good night's sleep. All the staff members were polite, helpful, and professional. They also provided useful recommendations for exploring the city. I would definitely choose this hotel again."
