Regarding the problem you have reviewed: - The room you book is Deluxe Room No City View, the price is cheaper. However, that room is downstairs (from the 6th floor downwards), Nam Long Hotel wants to make you comfortable, so you have room for your 7th floor - with a nice view (city view), the price of this room will be expensive than the room you book about $ 7 per night). So when you check in, we will let the staff take you to your room, if you do not like to walk up to the 7th floor, you immediately notify the reception staff, the hotel will change the room for you. On the 6th floor, 5th floor, 4th floor (No city view) you will not have to walk. - Beside the hotel there is a bar club, which will normally operate from 21:00 PM until about 0:30 AM, thus causing noise during the above period. From 0:30 AM to 21:00 PM, there will be no noise, the room is always quiet. Currently the bar club has repaired the soundproofing, reducing the noise a lot. - About the room service: drinks, food in the room you pay for the unused? Please tell us the name and date of check in and check out at hotel, we will check for you. What services do not you use, the hotel we will contact and refund you.
