Nice central placed hotel. Good breakfast
Nice central hotel, not far away from the main city. Good breakfast, and nice transport to and from airport.
Had a really lovely experience from the moment we came to the hotel. Kate and Luna were so friendly and it felt like we had a personal experience to book tours and get to know where to go in Hanoi. The room was exceptionally clean, very spacious and had really good facilities. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
Kate and the team made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. Our children were very well looked after too. Beds were comfortable with excellent sheets and pillows. A nice breakfast with a pleasant assortment and choice. Good location in a walkable neighbourhood. Also, Kate and team were very helpful in assisting us with train tickets and answering questions about the area and Vietnam. Thank you!
I stayed alone in a superior double room. There was plenty of space besides the bed, which made it comfortable and relaxing.
The room felt a little dated and the equipment such as the TV was fairly standard, but it was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had a handheld shower with hot water available right away, which was very convenient.
Although the hotel is located on a main street, my room was set a bit further back, so I wasn’t bothered by traffic noise.
Breakfast was average, nothing particularly special or delicious.
One thing I didn’t like was that after housekeeping on the second day, I found black footprints on the bathroom floor and bath mat. I hope the cleaning staff will pay more attention to this.
Even though I mentioned a few negatives, considering the room rate, I was very satisfied overall.
A good hotel with amazing staff. Good location to explore Hanoi. Breakfast was OK. Ticket assistance was excellent.
I would recommend staying if you’re in the area.
This was the friendliest hotel I stayed at in Hanoi.I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff. An employee named 'Hana?' (I can't remember the exact name) came out to the taxi stand and saw me off. I was really touched. I definitely plan to visit next time I come to Hanoi.
