"호텔의 위치는 좋은것 같습니다. 그러나 숙박을 했던 스위트룸 1416호의 관리 상태는 그다지 좋지 않았습니다. 너무 오래된 시설에 커피머신의 상태도 안좋았습니다. 룸의 전등도 고장이 나있던 상태입니다. 24층 라운지의 시설은 만족하나 식.음료의 다양성이 많이 떨어졌습니다. 그러나 직원들의 친절함은 100점을 주고 싶습니다. 조금은 불편했으나 즐거운 여행으로 마무리를 했습니다. 감사드립니다."
