Fantastic value for money. Can’t fault the place. Staff are exceptional - lovely well presented clean hotel. Rooms very comfortable and so quiet at night. Breakfast was also five starts. Fantastic stay

Roomzzz Manchester Victoria
Staff were amazing. Sadly the room I thought I’d booked in the pic was not the one I got. Having no air con in a room that doesn’t have any opening windows was stuffy to say the least. Also having an oil radiator to heat the whole room wasn’t ideal either.

A few slight disappointments Tried to charge us a different amount to the original booking, so caused us a bit of a challenge, fortunately I had the print out of the booking.
