"This place was beyond terrible, not sure where to start. The outside was not maintained at all weeds coming through the asphalt right out side of the door. The inside of room was filthy and not maintained. Holes and wires coming out of the walls. There was mold in the bathroom. Towels appeared not to be cleaned. "This was a great place! We were worried because of the word “motel” but this place was great and the lady that checked is in was a great help! Family of 4 and definitely recommend!"

"The room had a terrible odor. Beds were comfortable. No A/C in the rooms so we had to leave the sliding door open. The pool was fun for kids but the hot tub is COLD. The place is really run down. It's a 2 star motel, next to an RV park and don't be fooled by the picture of the ocean. this is NOT in Brookings. Not much in this immediate area. I do think breakfast is a great start to the day."

"The staff was super helpful, as I booked the wrong night with Expedia. He helped us get it corrected. The room was very clean and well decorated. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area."

"The room was clean. The hotel is next to the highway but there wasn't a lot of road noise. The ocean was not visible from our room but it might be visible from some 2nd floor rooms. The hotel is a quick drive to Harris beach."
