"Convenient, charming"

"Parking was available; not sure if all rooms were booked would it be the same. Rooms were large . Kitchen had small sink, cupboards , 2wine glasses and a plate . No cutlery . A large microwave, small coffeemaker . No continental breakfast. Dollar general across the street if purchasing extras.. mini fridge small. Freezer not up to keeping frozen food more than couple hours . Streaming Television only - had issues . Shower pressure minimal/ medium. Inn is off Rte 66 … mostly quiet . Landscaping...

"The breakfast menu was fresh and plentiful. The staff at the hotel was wonderful from the beginning of my stay until the very end. The hotel is situated in a nice area with plenty of restaurants nearby. My room was clean and I never had to worry about asking for more towels or toilet paper because it was stocked. "Parking was plentiful. Easy access from the Berlin Turnpike. Only a few residents outside smoking weed in their cars nightly . Even though it’s stated on the website non smoking property. Pets were minimal which is a nice change from Super 8 Cromwell where weed was everywhere all over the place -and pets were many . Days inn staff are respectful and pleasant. Continental Breakfast 7-10am was a great change from Super 8 …which sadly only provided coffee and hard crunchy granola bars / Days inn...

"We had a poor experience at this location. One of the only reasons we booked here was for the pool and when we went to use it was closed due to what we were told was a broken filter. The room was nice but did not have some of the amenities we expected such as an extra blanket with the sleeper sofa, there were only sheets. There was no lotion which I had planned to use after a rushed packing situation and the towels had an off smell to them. Also the microwave was very load for some reason...

"Pool was closed for weekend for unscheduled repair. Pancake machine for breakfast broken all weekend. Coffee not available 24/7 as stated. Room very noisy as hotel is close to major highway. Room HVAC unit extremely noisy. Someone was smoking weed in non-smoking hotel and our room reeked. Would not recommend."

"I had a really great stay at this Red Roof Inn. The room was super clean, which is my number one priority, so that was a big win. Everything felt comfortable and well kept. The staff was friendly and made everything easy, and there was plenty of parking, which was a huge plus. The location is also really convenient! Close to restaurants, fast food, pharmacies, and right near the highway. Overall, a simple, clean, no-stress stay. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"It was fine for 1 night, but it is very dated and the curtains were ripped and the room wasn't very clean. I had planned to stay and work after checkout but they were having some big event and wouldn't let me sit in the dining area or the business room (which was a reason I booked this hotel) because of it. My ride had already left, so I had to uber into town and sit in the local library to work. "

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."
