"This was the last of five hotels that we stayed at in Switzerland. The suite was very spacious and beautiful and it had a dual washer/dryer! It was so nice to do some laundry and get organized at the end of our long trip. The staff was nice and very responsive. The location is a little off the beaten track, but close to public transportation."

"This location was great for our one night stay in Zurich! It was walking distance from the main train station and the old town. We had no troubles sharing a bathroom with others and never had to wait to use the shower. The elevator is tiny so only one of us could take the luggage up, but that wasn't an issue for us. Clean, comfy room with fresh water - a much appreciated stay after our flight."

"This property is overrated. The location is difficult to find, there is little nearby, and the staff was less friendly than I expected. The rooms have no air conditioning, too few outlets, and no refrigerator. The bathroom setup also lacks privacy, especially when showering. Even when traveling with family, basic privacy is essential. Overall, a very disappointing experience. ZERO STARS"
