"Only the service elevator was working so no means to get up to third floor rooms without a staff member engaging the service elevator. Very odd set up that we could walk up to second floor but not to the third floor."

"Room had an odor, the water was freezing cold at 9pm and didn’t warm up at all, asked for towels and they said we had to wait until morning, breakfast was cool but they couldn’t keep it with the rush, got back from a night out and the key card didn’t work, and lastly we were out of the room by 10am and room service did not replenish anything. "

"Had just stayed the night before at a Country Inn property in State College PA and couldnt believe the difference in the 2 properties. Was expecting to love this one like we did the one in PA, but we were sorely disappointed. Even though they are supposed to be equivalent, the best way I can desribe it is that the MD one is just not as nice. Cleanliness, room accoutrements, etc. Were just not what we expected after staying at the exact same place in a different city....."
