"Hotel is located within the Schiphol airport. We traveled from Paris by train, which dropped us at airport, where we were able to drop luggage, check in, and meet up with other family members who were joining us later in our travels. Staff very helpful, beautiful clean rooms, and location is excellent when travel by air, train, or rental car is needed. "

"We stayed at this hotel mainly because of the airport shuttle. They were the only ones who had one which started at 4 am. As we had an early flight the next day (705 am), it was a definite plus for us. We had arrived early from an overseas flight and the woman at the front desk was able to accommodate getting us into a room quickly so we could rest - she saw we were exhausted. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Not a lot of amenities in the room - no coffee facilities, no USB ports, no fridge...

"Excellent. The only drawback, albeit a very small one is that it is the furthest of the two hotels attached to the airport. But it appears to be the newest and most modern. Convenience is important for me and to be able to walk indoors from the airport straight to the hotel is a great benefit. Had to spend the first night without proper bedding phone did not work and had to request three times. Coffee machine did not work and the pods were not availed only two small waters for four people stay. "Quite a disappointing stay overall. At check-in we were asked to pay an additional ‘city tax’ that was unexpected. Our Expedia booking already included taxes. In terms of the rooms, there was no phone, no safe and no mini fridge. Amenities were very basic. As to the room itself, there was mould in the shower.
