  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Das Hotel war sehr schön alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr freundlich und der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Das Frühstück war immer frisch und lecker und die Skipiste ist genau vorm Hotel. Diese muss man aber auch hoch und runter laufen, wenn man unten ins Dorf möchte. Dies war leider nicht so gut beschrieben und die Wellnessbehandlung kosten extra was leider auch nicht richtig vermerkt war. Dennoch waren die sehr gut und angenehm und insgesamt war’s ein sehr, sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir dachten wir können hier ein paar Tage entspannen - stattdessen sind wir frustriert einen Tag früher abgereist. Die Zimmer sind an sich modern und auch die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist auch gemütlich, und man kann sich hier wohlfühlen. Vom Personal her muss man allerdings sagen, dass alles sehr unorganisiert und chaotisch erscheint. Hier scheinen einige Dinge hinsichtlich Kommunikation und Organisation nicht zu funktionieren. Der Check-in erfolgte für unseren Geschmack zwischen Tür und Angel. Kommunikation auf Englisch - der Mann an der Rezeption sehr schnippisch und von oben herab. Wer kein flüssiges Englisch spricht, sollte sich zweimal überlegen ob er hier her kommt, da es gerade in Konfliktsituationen sehr schwierig ist hier gehör zu finden. Mit ihm buchten wir eine private Wellness Session für den nächsten Tag. Man sagte uns, dass alles vor unserem Termin gereinigt wird. Dies erfolgte nicht, 5 Minuten vorher tummelte sich noch ein anderes Pärchen im Pool, die Gläser standen noch drin, die Luft staute sich, alles war statt romantischer Atmosphäre eher ein chaotisches Durcheinander. Der Termin fand dann aufgrund fehlender Hygiene Standards und schlechter Organisation also nicht statt, nachdem wir den ganzen Tag auf unseren privaten Wellness Termin gewartet haben. Wir entschieden uns nach diesem Disaster einen Tag früher als geplant abzureisen.

Fantastisch

Wij verbleven in juni voor 7 dagen.we hadden mooi weer. De ontvangst prettig, hond zeer welkom. Kamer schoon en alles top geregeld. Ontbijt prima, avondeten fantastisch van smaak. Jammer dat de panorama sauna open is van 15.30-20.00uur. Valt net ook tijdens etentijd.

FANTASTIC localisation on the lower part of the slope, very acoomodating staff. We were picked up by the scooter to get to he property and alos taken down by it at the end. distance is walkable as well but on the side of the ski slope. very celan, new, fresh hotel, cozy restaurant, great views, ski room, reasonably priced wellness (massages, wraps, jaquzzi etc.) to book there. Friendly great place, deifinitely to come back in the future. Breakfast was good as well.

Ganz toll renoviertes Hotel in einer super Lage im Skigebiet. Das Frühstück war gut und einfach. Zum Abendessen gab es einige wenige Gerichte zur Auswahl, was für uns ausreichend war. Sauna, Bademäntel oder Whirlpool müssen extra bezahlt werden, aber der Preis hielt sich im Rahmen. Dafür konnte man von der Sauna auf die Piste schauen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren.

Das Parken am Hotel in der Wintersaison ist nicht möglich. Dafür steht jedoch ein Parkplatz im Ort zur Vefügung. Von dort gibt es einen kostenfreien Abholservice mit einem Schneemobil. Das Hotel liegt einzigartig direkt an einer Skipiste. Es ist frisch renoviert, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist freundlich. Im kleinen Restaurant fühlt man sich sehr wohl und das dort angebotene Frühstücksbufet ist gut und vielfältig. Auch das Abendessen ist schmackhaft und preiswert. Ichwerde mit meinen Kinderen wieder hierher kommen.
