"Beautiful place! Clean and spacious. Pool and gym were both very accessible. I highly recommend this spot"

"This space felt like a retreat in the middle of a neighborhood. It was walkable to downtown, and plenty of food and drink in the Heights area. Parking was a breeze and never had any issues with the on-street parking. Walking the neighborhood was also a treat because of the history and the architecture. The only thing I wished for was a firmer bed and firmer pillows - but that's my preference! Everything else was smooth, relaxing, and beautiful! "

"Very nice property done up to a very high standard. It's bigger than it appears in pictures and is quiet and in a good location."

"House wasn’t fully cleaned upon arrival. The host made arrangements to have it cleaned the next day. "

"This property was disappointing and not at all as advertised. Dirty floors, stained pillows, blocked bath drain, leaky pipe in kitchen, and very greasy hob rings causing smoke when cooking were a problem for us. Complicated checking in process was frustrating. Property certainly not of a high standard and not value for the money paid. Constantly had sllep disrupted by noisy people in room above. It is in a good location for the Medical Center and Hermann Park."

"Tim’s apartment was great. He was very easy to communicate with and he helped me with the garage. Felt very safe to be able to use the garage while on a work trip. The apartment was nice and the window shades did a great job at blocking sunlight, but also were easy to adjust to get more light in but maintain privacy. There’s a ton of storage in the apartment. This was a great location in Houston Heights, since the green belt and HEB bookend the block. "

"Highly recommended!"

"I did not have a smooth check in experience. The property isn’t as clean as it looks especially the bathrooms. Please disinfect your toilets as I did develop a thrush from using it. Not a friendly team, I missed a night of not using the property due to a hiccup with check in process and nothing reasonable was done about it."
