"There was no one at the facility! I happened to run into an employee dropping by and he pointed me toward a room that had been prepared: there was no formal check-in or check-out at all! ROom was clean and well prepared. No food within a half hour drive (the restaurant advertised was closed)."

"It’s a good family resort but I think the stay is very expensive and on top of that you have to pay for everything, food, activities and arcade. Also I think they should have more entertainment included. They only had a movie night for children. It’s like the only fun and free part is the waterpark. After that if you don’t have money to spent on food and entertainment you have to stay in your room. The food is a pricey we had to order Uber Eats and go to closer town to look for cheaper food and...

"The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive."

Parking was a bit of an issue as the bar/restaurant loaded the parking lot and then there were cones out on the far end of the parking area which really made it hard to park. Front door to the room didn't entirely shut which allowed flying bugs into the room all night. There were gnats or something all over the room- on the pillow, on the bed, in the bathroom. ...
