"This is a quaint hotel on the Main Street of Guildford. It is a fairly old and creaky establishment but this, along with the delightful couple that run the hotel, add to its charm. My room was extremely spacious and well appointed. There is a good and popular restaurant downstairs and a rather surprising Cabaret/Bar called ‘Fallen Angel’ on site. I might recommend a room not close to or above the bar as there was a lot of “energy” coming from it. Don’t expect a Hilton experience. You are getting...

"Our stay here really was exceptional - we stay at a lot of hotels with our jobs and this one really was a step above the rest. So much so that I have booked in again and will be using this as my go to stay when I am working in Woking. Thank you. Your team are a credit to the beautiful ambiance you have created. "

"Great place to stay. Bath in the room did not make sense at first but after 2hrs of soke I changed my mind. Room was clean, mattress really comfy, breakfast tasty. The only thing I could perhaps complain was a bit low temperature in the room at night but despite that I had a good sleep "

"As we arrived late we had to do the auto check in via the lodge keypad, they keypad didn’t quite work for us as expected but the staff on site soon came to our rescue. The property is lovely and is finished to a premium standard, unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked good, we would definitely stay here again if we were in the vicinity. "
