"My bijou little room was on the first floor of the inn (as opposed to some rooms they have in separate buildings). Quite a nice little room but no view and I had to climb onto the bed to open the velux window. When I opened the bathroom window I had unfortunate cooking smells from the kitchen extractor which was a few feet away, so I only opened it outside meal times. There was no information in the room so I had to wait until the morning to get the WiFi code - I think this should have been...

"Staff were very helpful assisting with luggage to and from our room.
However, we were disappointed with the room as we booked and paid for an economy double bedroom with an ensuite and kitchenette.
What we got was a small “L” room with a double bedroom, wardrobe, desk, a bar fridge, a small hand basin and very little room to manoeuvre between the end of the bed and window. The toilet and bathroom (both small) were shared with the room next door.

"Free bus from Heathrow... get off at New Road and walk about 1/2 km to house. Not free bus back and they do not take cash. Owner was nice and accommodating. One of my few says in UK thay provided a fan during this heatwave... thank you!"
