"This was a diamond in the rough! I was not expecting such an elegant, modern accomodation judging from nearby streets. However, the front door of the hotel says it all and the lobby really made a statement. We were so impressed with the restaurant all the way to the room! I will definitely be using this location again. One of the biggest bonus for me is, proximity to Laguardia and the fact that there is parking on ground (free of charge)."

"No breakfast on weekdays, evening club music could hear on 5th floor, smells like pot, think walls could near people in other rooms and hallways. Will never go here again couldn't get any sleep for three nights"

"Property was ok. unfortunately Expedia double tapped booking a single room after a website error and refused to waive the cost for an extra room I didn't I know I booked. not the hotels fault. Beware."

"The smoke detecter went off while I was in shower. I had to put pajamas and go out to front desk. She call for someone and no one came. The manager never called back when I was told she would call. Unacceptable for the huge price"

"Rooms are actually pretty big. If something is wrong with your room, they do not have a problem changing you ti another one. "

"Cannot recommend this property. All elevators were not functioning. Many stairs to reach the room in the first floor from the parking lot and to reach the lobby from inside the hotel. Bathroom had very limited counter space around the sink. Mattress was lumpy and needs to be replaced. Staff were nice and hot breakfast included was good. Old building needs updating."
