"My daughter and I stayed at Residence Inn while attending the Cardi B concert (4/3/2026) The room (a loft) was more like a small, cute apartment! We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. "We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water.
The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible.
I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews.
