"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. It consistently is super clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and very close to the Hartville Flea Market and great food and shops. We stay here several times a year for a weekend getaway and have never been disappointed."

"Rugs were filthy, dirty towel in closet, pool so cloudy couldn’t even see the bottom, breakfast orange juice was yellow water. Won’t ever stay there again."

"Everything went well. The lady up front was very accommodating on arrival. The buffet room was very nice size, but there were no signs posted that we saw, saying you could get an omelette cooked for you. We only noticed this after we’d already gotten our breakfast from the bar. The setup for that was really the only letdown. Clean Hotel and comfortable beds"

"This hotel is located close to Canton and Akron. Convenient for our stay. So disappointed in the front desk staff. Upon check in she never looked up and just said, "credit card and driver's license". That was it. Handed us the key and pointed to the elevators. This happened three of the four days when we asked the front desk questions. Same person. Room service was iffy. They didn't replenish the coffee or the drinking cups and on two of the days the bed was never made up. These may sound petty...

"Nice clean and quiet. Breakfast left something to be desired, but the location was prime and plenty of options nearby!!!"

"Hotel itself was great.only some staff knew what they were doing however. The female that was working at 6 pm the night I checked in said she put me down for the airport shuttle for next morning however when I went to get the shuttle next morning I was advised she did it wrong and the driver was going to late. The morning staff Diane was a great help and I only had to wait 30 minutes while they contacted the driver."

"My new car was hit in parking area on top level & no recorded camera footage available. Very disappointed about that & no one was available to explain. Still a nice hotel though & nice breakfast."

"Upkeep is good: everything feels bright and new. Breakfast is better than normal: they provide hard boiled eggs and real “fried egg pancakes”, unlike other places where scrambled eggs are processed egg like “things” with plenty of starch. Sausages and meat paddies were good as well. Staff was helpful. Only complaint: the bathtub drain was half clogged. Other than that, all was very satisfactory."

"Person next door was likely selling drugs out of his room. People were coming and going every few minutes till 2:30 am. Party in hall till 2:30 am. Only good thing I can say was bed was comfortable. But mostly we did not feel safe!! We pilled everything we could in front of the door to build a barricade. Didn’t even feel safe leaving with the people in the hall."

"I’ve frequented this hotel over the years as this is my hometown. My only issue this visit was the lack of towels. There were not towels on 7/4/2026. I had to use paper towels to dry off after a shower. I asked multiple times and provided the dirty towels so that they can be cleaned. It took over 4 hrs to actually get clean towels. "I booked a room [136] with the expectation of relaxing. Unfortunately, I woke up to an infestation of ants (in the bed with me, in the bathroom and nightstand). I called the front desk to learn that this is a known issue. Being greeted my ants was not listed on the disclaimer I signed. I felt disrupted and clearly not at ease."
