"The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh."

"The staff at the front desk when we were both checking in and out were nice and the whole lobby area was neat and clean. The room was very clean and appreciated that they provided makeup wipes in the bathroom also. We were in the area for a concert at the arena and this was a good place to stay outside of the city. Would stay here again and recommend it "

"Drove past this place so many times I never thought it was as clean and nice as it is. The room was super clean, the jacuzzi was clean, big and so relaxing. The bed sheets made me feel at home because they were floral and soft. "

"Parking was ok, lots of vehicles with the pool tournament going on. Room was fairly clean, good solid bed. Courtyard was grown up with high grass and weeds, didn't even look at the pool. The property needs a couple good maintenence personnel cause it needs a lot of work! "

"We have stayed at this property several times over the years and have watched it decline to the point where we chose to stay elsewhere. I grew up in the area and return often. When I saw the property was rebranded under Wyndham/Ramada, I decided to check it out. The recent upgrades have restored the property to it's original calibre as a Holiday Inn and I will go back whenever I need accommodated there. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. "We booked this hotel sight-unseen on Expedia, knowing nothing about the property. This was one of the most delightful surprises we've ever encountered while traveling. The decor was stunning, our room was huge, the restaurant was amazing- just everything about it was top notch. From the outside, it's a very unassuming building on a fairly nondescript street, but once you step inside, you're in a time machine that evokes the Gilded Age, in a really good way.
