"The room was small but that’s the Ibis signature I guess. I personally have a different connection with Ibis since when I was an Indigo flight attendant 6 years back, we used to stay in Ibis alot on layovers. The stay was amazing. We had an urgent meeting and our hotel (that we originally booked) cancelled on us last minute so we needed another stay at 11 am. The original checkin time was 2 Pm. We called 3 good properties in Gurgaon, no one agreed to providing early check in option but luckily we stumbled upon this one. The staff was really helpful, especially Shruti who helped us throughout and very humbly allowed us to check in early, suggested which room type to book as per availability at that time. She was sweet and had a pretty smile♥️. We have stayed at this particular hotel almost 7-8 times in couple years… but this time I wanted to give a detailed review because of an exceptional support we got. Thank you Ibis golf course team for making the stay memorable for us.
