"After driving seven hours I arrived only to be told by a receptionist with a passing acquaintance with English, that the room was no longer available. Due to the sizeable event I was attending all the other hotels in the area were full, so I drove back the same night. Not quite living up to their mission statement hung on the wall which states they aim to ensure the happiness of all guests."

"I was given room 3 which was average and definitely not like the advertised photos or reviews, there was not hot water which happens, I was then given an 'up grade' to an upstairs room where the shower head was broken and the electric shower when set at medium went from cold to burning on its own, clearly faulty. Bed was very comfortable but the room was dated. Unable to offer comment on the breakfast as I had to leave before it started, 8am is quite late for midweek."

"I had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Mark was an excellent host. The breakfast was superb and the rooms are immaculate. The location is very peaceful with safe parking for vans etc. There are 2 good pubs local for evening meals etc. Overall a fantastic place and I will definitely return."
