"Lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean, light and bright. Kitchen seemed well equipped, although we only really used the kettle and mugs as only a short stay. Other reviews are right in that the bed in the main bedroom at the back feels quite rickety and the mattress is soft, but didn't stop us from having a good night's sleep!! We were there for Storm Eunice and power outage across Hastings from 10am til 4pm and shops/attractions etc all shut. Bit of a shame, but at least we had a great vantage...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The checking in and out process was smooth. The property itself was full of wonderful charm and character, with all the amenities we needed clise at hand. It really felt like we were guests in someone's home. Perfectly situated in the middle of the old town, with lots of the local attractions, including the beach, in easy walking distance. We would recommend this to family and friends and would like to return."

"Water pressure problems throughout our stay. Hit water coming through both cold and hot taps. We had no shower for the duration of our stay. Kitchen sink has no hot water so we had to wash the dishes with cold water. Boiler noisy and once it was on, the leak was coming through the ceiling. We had switched the boiler off on the last night of the stay due to the noise and the safety concern due to the extreme not water running from both hot and cold taps in the bathroom. "Good location, few minutes walk from station and easy to get around the town. The communal stairs area had unpleasant smell and front door never locked. Property can do with some maintenance as showing lots of wear and tear eg,scuffed paint, frayed carpet, mould in bathroom, door catch broken on main door.
