"We had a reservation elsewhere and upon arrival learned it had been double booked and we needed to find somewhere else to stay. Since we just needed a place for the night (about 10 pm to 6 am) we figured this would be fine. We did not have high expectations. "I would not suggest this place to anyone!!! Rude staff members and the room was dirty. We were out of the room we rented for a few hours and returned to a staff member in our room. They had no reason to go into our room.. if you’re planning a trip please don’t stay here. If I could give a ZERO I would.. The staff refused to give a information for a supervisor or manager.. Do NOT STAY at quality Inn Post Falls"

"I like this place for a short stay with my family. Very convenient to everything. My only issue to this inn is the carpet. Not so clean. The rest are excellent. I hope they will deep clean the carpet all the time. Thank you! Highly recommended!"

"Staff was friendly when I checked in. I don’t necessarily stay at hotels to watch TV but background noise is nice. The TV did not work and they said they couldn’t fix it until Monday. I was told checkout time was at noon which I thought was great since I was only staying 1 night and could sleep in. Twice the cleaning person tried to come in the room while I was still sleeping. So much for sleeping in. You would think that if someone was only staying 1 night, you would wait until the checked out...

"This place definitely qualifies as a fleabag motel. They have no office staff, only a remote screen that checks you in via the internet and prints out your room key. When we got to the room, the main light only had one working bulb, the one lamp by the uncomfortable king bed didn’t even have a bulb, just an empty socket. The TV was unplugged so we plugged it in and the screen said the remote was not programmed to run this TV and to see the front desk. Unfortunately, there are no humans at the...
