Unfortunately, poor weather did not permit us to take the preferred route to the Lac Blanc -- wind and precipitation made that leg too dangerous. We did an alternate route. The rooms and general aesthetic of the hotel have a nice retro vibe. It’s quirky, fun and interesting. Big open dining, lounge, bar, reception and games area is cozy and laid-back. "Très bon emplacement, devant la télécabine Mont-joie, donc très pratique. Belle vue sur les dômes de Miage. La demi heure de jacuzzi sauna est très agréable après la journée dans la neige. Et surtout, surtout, nous avons excellemment bien mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel, très soigné, très raffiné, pour un prix très correct. Le seul point noir, c’est le café! Poudre dans la chambre, pas de machine, et le café du petit dej à revoir… pas digne d’un 4 étoiles "

"The hotel was situated in a perfect spot, we went in August, and the place is walkable across town. The hotel was nice and welcoming. Very nice atmosphere in the evenings, with the entertainment dances, kids loved it. Overall the food was good too. Would love to come back in the winter, can imagine it to be even nicer!"
