"All amenities were in working order and clean. My only suggestion is that at some point the property should consider adding a hot tub. It's an especially nice feature to have when coming out of the pool."

"Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. "

"Located in the center of Hilo 5-15 minutes away from everything, 45 minutes from Kilauea lookout. The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop. The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable. "What stands out the most is watching the sunsets while standing out on the narrow deck. Place was so clean and ready for our stay when we entered. There are 3 main mats (kitchen, bathroom and entry) are very thin and prone to buckling everything we walk over them. "Nice clean condo, right across the street from the beach. Lots amenities, perfect for our family of four. Really quick to respond when we had an issue with the coffee maker. Would definitely stay here again. "
