"Beautiful 62 acre resort with many beautiful pools and free laundry facilities. Waikoloa coffee shop is fabulous! Boat tram was out of order for a few years now so only the train tram was available and it was really slow. If you missed it, you had to wait 18 minutes for the next one. The resort is so large that you end up doing a lot more walking than most people would like. The on property restaurants are very nice but very overpriced. Breakfast buffet is $59 with kids price of $29! Self...

"The overall appearance and amenities were excellent. Some minor issues included one restaurant that typically serves breakfast was closed so the breakfast took place further away at the finer dining restaurant. That made our anniversary dinner experience a little less special because we were eating there every morning. The room was cleaned daily but some areas were less than clean like corners of bathroom and tile in shower etc. The beach was very nice and the pools were as well. Food was pretty...

"When checking in, we opted to pay $60 to check in early. Only to find when we checked out the charged me $60 a day for early checking we stayed 8 days. We had a rental car and there were 2 nites there was no parking, we had to park at the King Kam hotel, and pay $40 ( they did reimburse us). But the second nite the front desk employee told us that we could have her parking(she was parked in the lot for hotel guest). This was soo unacceptable!"

The listing said newly renovated, however this did not appear to include painting the bathroom or changing fixtures which appear out of date and worn but not an issue. The furnishings we good and housekeeping was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Partial ocean view from the room means very very partial. I am not sure we'd pay extra for partial again as we could...

"One mark deducted from the ratings for microwave is not universal, you have to rent it which is not very convenient if you need to heat up a pain relief patch or anything."

"⭐️Clean room, good sevices and staff"
