Shores at Waikoloa Beach Resort 236 Golf Views"I never received access information and had to call upon arrival. Once inside the property the building and unit were extremely difficult to locate and there was no assistance available. The condo was extremely dated and furnishings were in very poor condition. Towels, bedding and furniture very worn. Mattresses and pillows were uncomfortably hard and zero amenities--no facial tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent,or soap in shower. The handsoap and shampoo which were provided were in...

"Very spacious Liked the 2bed/2 bath Awesome location close to shops & golf"
Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village
"We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village. We stayed on the 8th floor of the Ocean Tower, and our room had a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. The view was honestly one of our favorite parts of the stay, especially in the mornings. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and well-maintained. It was a great place to stay and enjoy the scenery while also having a convenient location to explore the Big Island. One thing I would recommend is adding breakfast when you make your booking if you plan on eating there. We added it after we arrived, and it was $10 more, so it’s better to include it ahead of time. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely come back!"

"Love the pool."
Shores at Waikoloa
"Clean and spacious with a large covered balcony. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Super close to the beach. Furniture and linens were the quality expected for a unit in Waikoloa Beach."
Hilton Waikoloa Village
"Truly a resort that you never have to leave. Has lots of dining and shopping options. Nice variety of pools. Very well maintained. The resort is BIG. 60 plus acres with 3 different rooming "towers". Dolphin Quest is especially interesting."
Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa
"The hotel is clean, and the beach is very clean and beautiful. In the morning, the ocean is usually calm with small waves, making it a great time for snorkeling. We were also able to see sea turtles quite easily. However, there are several things that could be improved. The parking area is quite far from the rooms, and getting from the second floor to the lobby is not very convenient. The hotel does not offer many entertainment or recreational facilities other than the swimming pool. The beach is not actually owned by the hotel, and ordering food or drinks from the hotel while staying at the beach is quite inconvenient. The air conditioning in our room was also very loud, and the temperature control worked inconsistently. On the positive side, the hotel’s signature drinks were very good. Overall, the hotel is clean and has a beautiful, peaceful beach with excellent opportunities for snorkeling and seeing sea turtles, but the facilities and room amenities could use some improvement."
Paniolo Greens At Waikoloa
"Staff were very friendly from the moment you walk into their office to check in. Rooms were clean and met our needs. I didnt know the gameroom could be reserved and their was a birthday party the day we tried to use it but its ok we still used the pool and now know in advance we can book a reservation for it. Waikoloa Colony Villas
"I booked this two bedroom, 2.5 bath at the last minute since our house lost power due to Lala and we had family coming in from out of state. It was wonderful to have electricity and air conditioning for the guests traveling with an infant. The unit was nice although it is sporting its original 2003 furnishings and decor. The beds were okay, but noisy. The primary suite TV would turn on randomly. The washer and dryer worked great for the first few days and then stopped. No biggie, we didn’t need to do anymore laundry. Both issues were reported to maintenance upon our check out and they were receptive to the alert. The pool was great and the complex was nice and quiet. The location in Waikoloa Beach is so convenient to shopping and restaurants. The price point was great for us for a last minute reprieve from hurricane outages, but if I was on a vacation and paying full price, this probably wouldn’t count as a “high end” tropical vacation experience."
