"Unfortunately, our experience with the customer service at this resort was extremely disappointing. The island itself is absolutely beautiful, but every time we had to interact with the resort staff or deal with something on the property, it negatively affected our vacation.
Most of the staff we encountered were unfriendly, dismissive, and at times simply rude. Whenever we brought up an inconvenience or problem, there seemed to be very little effort to actually resolve it.

"This is a cute little boutique hotel with a Hawaiian vibe. My only complaint is that the check in was slow… otherwise a fun place to stay. The staff was lovely, the room was immaculate. Great little coffee cart in the garden to get a little breakfast and some delicious Kona coffee."
"Beware of the front desk billing at this property if you book through a site like Expedia. They recently updated their booking system, which caused a glitch that incorrectly charged our card $1,800. It took them days to figure out what happened, and no one knew what to tell us. To make up for the massive headache, they offered us a $200 room credit. However, at check-out, the $1,800 error was still on our bill. When they tried to fix it, they accidentally added the $200 credit as an extra...
"The property is historic so understandably older. However the furnishings could be updated, the ceiling fans were loud and the lights had dead bugs, there was no shampoo or tissues. The outside is loud with frogs and roosters. Overall the property could use a deep cleaning and updated furnishings."
