"Arbitrary charges、None of us had breakfast at the hotel, yet when we checked out, we were charged for breakfast for no apparent reason. They couldn't resolve the issue that day and told me to call back the next day for a follow-up, but still, no one handled it. They promised to get back to me, yet I waited a whole week without anyone contacting me."

"This was our second trip to the Ocean Tower, one year apart. Compared to last time, this trip was a bit of a disappointment. While the property is still stunning and you can’t beat the location, the service and room itself were real bummers. Staying here isn’t cheap - on top of the nightly charge, you also have resort fees and daily parking charges. So, for the cost, we expected a fully unobstructed ocean front room, and daily cleaning/servicing of our room. Instead, we had to sit outside...

"The cashier at the hotel supermarket has an extremely poor sense of service. The basic knowledge of the room attendants is all lacking. The room is too old. The bed is even collapsed."

"Poor layout due to only elevator access being on the farthest ends of the resort. If you are traveling with suitcases you will have to carry them up multiple levels of steps to avoid walking x2 the distance."
