"it’s a nice location, but there’s a lot of construction going on not only in the surrounding landscape but also inside the hotel. "Check in was slow about 20min with the agent. Didn't get my rooms till 15-30mins after check in time. Mind you check out is 10am. Female at Kona pool bar was rude. And they automatically add tip there for horrible customer service. Kona pool slide was broken the whole time. Only 1 tram was running so service was so slow. We normally love it here but this time was very different. Seems like the employees just dont care anymore. Very disappointing cause prices only increased."
