"We stayed in the Ocean Tower great views but far away from the main pool and slide and dolphin experience area. Be prepared to walk a lot at this resort there is a tram but not reliable on their timing. NUI restaurant was good we had a party of 11 for dinner everyone was happy with their meal choices. The 1 bedroom unit we stayed in was in the older section and needs to be upgraded which is scheduled later this year. Be aware that parking is $50 a day and the room taxes and resort fee is almost...

"I do not typically write reviews but this property warranted it and not in a good way. The property is massive. It’s literally a hike to and from the rooms to the lobby depending on the “tower” they put you in. The good news is there was a tram. The bad news is that it was rarely operational during our stay. When it was working, the air temperature in the cars was sub arctic. So cold we opted to walk despite the distances. Hence my marks for how well the property was maintained. Something that...
