"Overall it was an awesome experience. The ONLY issue with this Hotel, was that you had to pay for parking. We are already paying for the room which should come with parking in my opinion. so I guess I dont agree with their parking fee BUT besides the parking situation, it was an all around great vacation!"

"Room was good size, door was sticky and a light did not work. It was fixed but stopped a few hours later. Great sunsets from all the restaurants. Spa was a nice experience. Snorkel rent is convenient. Grounds are lovely. Restaurants are expensive and the food is ok but not great. Room service is not available until 7:15 am. Menu says 6:30 but that’s when they start not when you can get food. There is a deli on the grounds that you can go to that opens earlier."

"Nice place to stay on the Kona Coast, unit was clean and it was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. The view from the Lanai was awesome. The only thing lacking was a sunset view, but it could be better in the winter months I would guess. Not much close by as easily walkable, as it is about a 5-minute drive to Kona area. "The grounds were well maintained with historical and natural features. The apartment had all the necessities for kitchen, bath and outdoor fun like beach towels. Each room is very quiet and perfect for privacy. I am not sure if every apartment has them, but our apartment had a small cooler for our beach days! It was perfect.
