"Located in the center of Hilo 5-15 minutes away from everything, 45 minutes from Kilauea lookout. The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop. The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable. "Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."

"We enjoyed staying in unit 4G. The condo had 3 bedrooms. One had a king-sized bed. The second room had a queen bed, and the third bedroom on the 1st floor had two twin beds. Each had its own bathroom. There was also a laundry room in the condo. The kitchen was well equipped with a drip coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, and pretty much everything one would need including food storage containers.
