"全体としてはとても良かったと思います。気になるのはお掃除に入って頂いた際、バスマットやタオルの補充はなかったことです。伝えれば持ってきてくれるとは思います。あとは、トイレの調子は悪かったです。お水は水道水で飲めるとのことでしたがかなりカルキというかなので、浄水のものを持っていくか、お水は別で用意される方がいいかと思います。良かったことのほうがもちろん多くて、コンドミニアムは初めてだったのですが、とてもよかったです。自宅のように過ごせる、スペースが広く、全体としてとても良かったように思います。ありがとうございました。"

"Beautiful resort, great room and service but be prepared to walk a lot. The tram system doesn’t work that well by the end of our stay we didn’t even bother checking the schedule we just walked and beat the team most of the time. Also the cost to park is outrageous. "Reasonable price for quality. 45 minutes to Volcano NP, so excellent location for an early start before the crowds arrive from Kona! Completely INADEQUATE PARKING for the size of hotel. One night all four small lots were full because of a wedding on site and the only legal street parking was a LONG way away with a dark walk through a worrisome neighborhood. "As advertised, the staff is exemplary! All you need to do is ask and a member of the staff will fulfill your request quickly. We had a problem with our TV and they replaced the entire TV in about 15 minutes. The staff has a sense of pride when it comes to making sure everything works at Mauna Kea and that all of your needs are met! "This property was wonderful. It was high above the town with great views of the town and ocean. It had a distinctive modern architectural style and an authentic comfortable feel. Our room was clean and well stocked. It was spacious and we had an outside balcony. There was also a beautiful garden and a large shared living room with a pool table. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Hawaii."

"We enjoyed breakfast overlooking the ocean and surfers. Our room had a bit of an ocean view and a large private lanai on the front of the home(great spot to eat our take out sushi one night) The owners and managers thought of everything! We would recommend this place to our friends."
