"The hotel needs renovations. Boat isn’t working, tram didn’t have air conditioning. The room key and parking keys never worked. Everything was in general disrepair. Definitely expected more from a Hilton "

"Wonderful staff! Very close to the airport, downtown, and stadium. Room was clean. If you are traveling with anyone who has mobility issues, some rooms are located far from the lobby. There are no stairs for rooms on the upper level. We could hear people outside of our room passing by and talking and going up the stairs with their luggage. Hard to fall asleep with the noise. "

"The staff was concerned with us getting there before 8pm. We hurried to get there and did not stop for dinner. We arrived to check in at 5pm and the staff seemed eager to show us our rental and get out of there (we were the last and maybe only ones to check in that day). "This is a very nice lodge with a great history. The room was spacious and we really enjoyed the hot tub and the nature trail. My only complaint is with the people in the room beneath us as we heard them talking well past the quiet hour of 10:00 pm. As the inn has no night manager, I was required to deal with it myself by talking to them directly. Not sure if the insulation between the rooms is adequate. We did hear other neighbors as well but they respected the quiet hours. "

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all so nice and friendly, and we liked having the kitchenette in our room. There were two standing fans and a ceiling fan, so we didn’t mind not having AC for a few nights. I liked the pool and the location too!"

"The grounds are always kept in prime condition. The access to a good snorkel beach and a near by pool is one main reason for coming here. The staff were all great and helpful. The food service and quality were great at each location. Breakfast was excellent. Of course $40 a night for self-parking and another $40 for Resort fees is a killer as it is just pure profit add on to the room rate."

"The pool was closed after there was no longer a reason for it to be. Check-in took a very long time, and even then, I wasn’t checked in successfully, so other guests got access to my room and my keycard got deactivated. I then had to wait in the long check in line for another 30 min to gain access back to my room. The walls were also thin. Not what you’d like from a hotel that costs so much. "

"Everything was fantastic! The only odd thing is that there wasn’t a headboard on the bed. The staff was very kind! If you look at the window latch on the courtyard side of the room, it might say “made in occupied Japan” on the knob, which if you know your history, it should give you a solid idea on the age of the hotel. But the place is in great shape, seems freshly remodeled, and really is quite a treasure. The song of the night birds is mesmerizing! One word of caution for late arrivals...
