"Located in the center of Hilo 5-15 minutes away from everything, 45 minutes from Kilauea lookout. The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop. The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable. "Fully equiped kitchen, clean & good sized. Hamoock on the balcony was great to enjoy the sounds of the frogs & waves crashing in the distance. Great spot for my needs. Easy acess to the National Park without dealing with city traffic."

"The location is great. Yes, it can be a little loud sometimes but that happens when you're in a good and lively spot. I was skeptical to stay someplace without AC but the fans and screen door really cooled things down. They have coolers for beach picnics, beach towels and everything else you need. Some things could use an update (bathroom rugs) but overall we were super happy and comfortable in this condo. We will absolutely try to stay here again!"

"We enjoyed staying in unit 4G. The condo had 3 bedrooms. One had a king-sized bed. The second room had a queen bed, and the third bedroom on the 1st floor had two twin beds. Each had its own bathroom. There was also a laundry room in the condo. The kitchen was well equipped with a drip coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, and pretty much everything one would need including food storage containers.
