"Check in was great! Staff isn’t helpful otherwise like finding food or maneuvering the resort it’s huge and takes more than just check in. They say you have access to the golf carts but they don’t take you anywhere you want to go. Every single piece of furniture from the room to the pools needed to be replaced it was so gross and stained I didn’t even want to lay my towel or rest on it the cushions in the room couch as well as the pool chair lounging needs to be replaced or something.
