"We had a room right behind the elevator and not sure if that was the tumbling noise we heard beginning very early in the morning and never stopping but it ruined our sleep. They offered us to switch rooms but we had only another night and didn’t want to move all of that baggage. They should have comped us something but didn’t offer and we were too busy to worry about it. The pool is very cold despite somewhere advertised as heated. There were ants in the bathroom and the tub is so slippery...

"I’ve stayed here twice and this hotel is really special! The downtown shopping and restaurant area, is literally right there…you can walk to everything from this hotel. The property itself, is lovely — with lots shops, an ABC store, coffee shop, restaurant, as well as pool, bar and small beach.
