We spent one night there. Everything is outdated and horribly maintained. We booked for ocean view which supposed to come with a newly decorated bathroom. Instead, the bathroom is outdated and the sliding door is cracking down which makes it impossible to close and extremely hard to slide. Unsafe to use. Shower gel and Shampoo bottles were empty and room service refused to provide new ones at first unless they come in and confirm of empty bottles while I was taking shower inside. The room has AC fans on ceiling, however fan flow coming from bottom of a wall against the bathroom. We experienced extremely loud noise during night and realized the AC was installed in a huge wood sealed block inside the bathroom. We refused to switch room at first because we did snorkel and need to take shower before tour company came to pickup us for a 7 hours tour from 4 to 11. We returned to hotel from the tour at 11 pm and we were too tired to switch the room. However because of the noise coming from this weird bathroom AC we were unable to take rest and required to change to a different room. That time, front desk decided that we are troubles and called police to kick us out because we refused the room change offers at first and they feel disrespect because my Dad talking to them in loud voice, un fluent English. And the next day, they charged my credit card for kicking us out during middle of the night! What a ridiculous business. So greedy, so disrespect! NEVER STAY!!!

The stay was alright, accommodation were clean and adequate. Hotel’s room air conditioning was down all weekend and it didn’t come on till 45 minutes till check out. It made the stay very uncomfortable at night and during the heat of the day. Other than that the hotel was fine.
