Checking in had some hiccups, we had to wait half hr for our host to open our bedroom, once we got settled in our room and she was able to set up a second queen bed. Clean room, comfortable beds. Our only complaint was that we wanted to extend our stay by another night and the front desk could not do it without waiting for the reservation staff to arrive which wasn't to happen until 10am.
