"This Hotel does everything right. Firstly it's location is right next to Telford International Centre for conferences and exhibitions. Secondly it's a maximum 10 minutes walk to the South water development with a range of restaurants, Bella Italia etc, pubs, Hungry Horse, and entertainment Cineworld, Bowling Alley and more. "The deluxe room (labeled "Penthouse") was quirky being up several stairs and was in the roof with dormer windows. It had too much furniture in it for the size. Ok for just a 1-night stay. Breakfast wasn't anything to shout about and was overpriced. Overall, we thought that the price for the room and the breakfast was too high. we didn't use the spa or the pool (maybe they merit the price for some people). The location suited our purposes, but we probably won't stay there again."

"Fabulous new B & B recently opened. Olivia & Matt are lovely hosts and very welcoming. Breakfast is delicious and top quality fruit juices served in individual bottles unlike cheap juices served in many places. Our room was large and comfortable with a generous hospitality tray and large kettle. Soft fluffy towels. Ideal location for touring. Well definitely return."
