"Property was spotlessly clean, warm & comfortable. Kitchen appeared well equipped although we only used the kettle! Would've preferred a manned reception on arrival although access instructions were clear & sent in advance of our stay. Literally across the road from The Mailbox & a Tesco Express so very well situated. Short walk to O2 and The Alexandra Theatre."

"There was sufficient work and rest space, and all amenities were in place. It was close to transport and shops, a home away from home. But 10am check out time seemed a bit like jumping out of bed, straight to the street! And the check-in time is 4pm. It might work better for check-out time to be 11am, and check-out time, 3pm, like several other facilities. This is now my go-to place for stays in Coventry. "

"Willow was just perfect, the views from the enclosed garden were stunning, & our 2 dogs were able to enjoy the garden without the worry of them escaping. The cottage was immaculately clean and very cute & cosy, the pictures online really didn’t do it justice. The space was excellent for the 2 of us with our 2 dogs, a lovely lounge area, a dining table area and the kitchen all had enough space to make them feel like separate areas within the open plan space.
