It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. "The check-in process was very confusing. Had to some kind of legal document before checking in and when actually checking in the girl had to wait for another office to approve everything which took several minutes. The room was clean because it was just renovated but there was no closet, microwave wasn't plugged in and no where to plug it in. The door keypad beeped constantly. "

"The property exceeded our expectations. There was communication with the host and the instructions provided were detailed and easy to navigate for a seamless stay. It was a quiet location close enough to the major parks. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Florida. The decor was clean and modern, felt like home away from home. "

"The Formosa house was very clean and spacious for my family of 9 . The rooms are spacious and each had their own bathroom except for the two theme rooms that had a shared bathroom but it was very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need. The host was very fast to response with any questions. Definitely will be staying here again. We loved our stay here "
