A huge plus was the heated pools, which were perfect for the winter weather. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. "Beautiful place , excellent service , attentive staff . Had to add a night on a weather related emergency. We were going from Fez to Merzouga and got caught in a snowstorm. We decided to turn around and go to Marrakech and so booked last minute . Staff was wonderful. Checked us in at midnight . Breakfast was super and room was beautiful . Spa looks amazing . We are coming back in a couple of days "

"Our room was lovely… beautiful details, wonderful hot shower and surprisingly quiet at night. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast and coffee were very good. We even made some new friends… the cats outside welcomed us back each day.
The location was also very good for visiting the souks and the Jama El Fna.
