"Everything was good until the last morning, a diesel truck was parked outside my room and filled it up with fumes while the truck was warming up "

"Was a very clean and updated hotel. Breakfast was very good. "

"Laundry was 3.00 per load qash and Dry. But you had to spend 6.00 on drying if you wamted your clothes dry. Each and every employee i spoke with was very friendly and accommodating Wach went above amd beyond what they neesed to do. "

"Door handle to room was partially broken, but thankfully worked. The door chain/guard inside the room was almost completely pulled from frame Otherwise stay was good."

"We arrived to find dirty dishes in the sink. I’m a chill person, so just went to the desk and asked the desk attendant to come up and get them, no problem, moving in. But then…we get to bed time. A drool stain in one of the pillows in a perfect circle and granola crumbs IN THE MADE BED! So gross. I went to the desk about this (maybe a partial refund?), but was told, sorry, there’s nothing we can do since you booked in n a third party site (Expedia). "

"Rooms and hotel were very outdated. Half of the hotel is under construction. Staff were very kind and courteous! "

"Rooms are not as described. Someone before us dumped something nasty down the sink and nobody cleaned it up. Dirty. "

"We arrived two days after a big snowstorm. We stayed there three nights. During the entire time the parking lot, including the handicap spots and loading area near the front door were completely caked with ice. It’s unbelievable to me that they would expose themselves to that liability and never take care of it. I contacted staff and they said that they had a lousy snow removal contractor. But nobody made any attempt to clear the ice that had been there for five days by the time we checked out."

"Our room was perfect!! We had a nice big hot tub, hot water never ran out which is always a big plus lol. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. We left before breakfast so I don't know how good or bad it was. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff very friendly"

"Everything good except hot tub unavailable 1 night but i arrived sun which is their scheduled cleaning. Also happens a lot but hard to understand the english of front desk guy, but he was nice "

"You could go across Burnsville Pkwy to a gas station for snacks. Otherwise you could go the other way along Aldrich Ave to get to Denny’s or Clive’s Roadhouse. (There just wasn’t much inside the hotel for options.) The room itself was okay, but the floor felt cold because it was wood and I had just turned up the heat when I entered the room. (I did notice the bottom dresser drawer by the fridge had duct tape on it.) But the room was clean."

"We have stayed at this property several times. It's clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice room size and offers free laundry facility. Room prices are very reasonable. It is quiet and within 15 minute drive of MOA . We would return here again. "
