"Het is een net en schoon hotel. De kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd, dus oordoppen zijn niet nodig. De locatie is prima, je kunt er goed parkeren en voor het hotel stap je zo op de bus richting het centrum/station, waar je ong in 7 minuten bent. Het ontbijt is goed, uitgebreid. Dat mag ook voor die prijs. Ik zou het zeker aanraden als je wilt overnachten in Leiden."

"I like the hotel but our room was smaller than expected. A small table would have been nice to have. But the bed was big and comfortable and that was the most important."

"Breakfast was great however go down to eat before 9am otherwise all eggs, bacon are gone, the only criticism is the staff are not that quick at replenishing these."

"We hadden een dure suite, er waren geen badjassen, zoals beschreven was. Een lege minibar, niet eens twee flesjes water. Veel vlekken op de bank en het tapijt. Televisie vanuit het bed slecht zichtbaar. Fijn terras,maar weinig privacy,met een groot kantoorgebouw,aan de overkant van de straat. Veel beschadigingen op de wanden van de kamer."

"The fridge and heater in my room didn’t work. Blankets smelt musky and a little of urine. The water went cold about 5 minutes into the shower and no matter how much I played with the temperature, it was ice cold. The keycard stopped working twice, had to get reception to fix it. Can’t really fault them for the guests that were loud, yelling and carrying on until 4am or whoever took my food from the kitchen, unfortunately just added to experience. Location was good, most of the staff were...

"La chambre était en bon etat, mais le point negatif est que le personnel ne parle que l'anglais alors d'autre clients qui ne comprennent pas l'anglais. Il serait moeux de mettre des interpretes."

"Wonderful location in an enchanted city. Canal view rooms are delightful. Good breakfast. Some steep stairs yet there is a small elevator too. We had a fire alarm at 4am. Alleged Smoker in an upstairs room. Fire brigade had to come sweep the bldg. A Swiss business man says he loves the place, comes often, but there have been other fire alarms. Just so you know."

"Prima verblijf, waar voor je geld. Lekker brood en vers fruit bij ontbijt. Als ik wat zou mieten zeuren: kussen van het bed is heel slap, geeft geen steun."

"The location is fantastic and the staff are very kind and helpful! We had a private room so we didn’t feel unsafe. However the condition of the hostel and the cleanliness of the room could be vastly improved. "
