"Clean, modern, up-to-date, and a great location. Would recommend."

"Amazing hotel will stay again"

"Very unprofessional, staff came knocking to our door threatening to kick us out for making noise in the morning. even tho it’s wasn’t our room. Staff didn’t let us to explain. Went down to the lobby, told us it was the wrong room they went to knock at our door. No apologies or nothing in return."

"Everything is excellent"

"I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay! I traveled to Chicago alone as a female traveler, and this hotel made the entire experience absolutely unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, everything was exquisite. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the valet service was exceptional, and the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking! The location could not have been more perfect. Everything I wanted to explore was so close, making it incredibly...

"Room was clean Hotel is in a good location roughly within 30 minutes walking distance to most attractions. The only thing is at night the traffic and noise was extremely loud we were on the 14th floor and all night long you can hear emergency vehicles one after another. The room does has a sound machine which does help some."

"Great hotel, no issues whatsoever!"

"L"

"Tried to check in staff kept saying my room wasn’t available he wanted to cancel my room and I go elsewhere which was extremely inconvenient I waited to speak to someone else who helped me but the pull out couch fits a child and very uncomfortable won’t stay again"

"Dirty rooms, elevators. They are absolutely not cleaning these rooms thoroughly. Room had used towels in bathroom & uneaten food left in the fridge. They switched us to another room with throw up all over the balcony"

"General manager Christian was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. As Hilton platinum members I expect better. Expedia was fantastic and helped me resolve a problem that Christian would not assist with. He actually outright lied to me. I have addressed the matter with hilton corporate. As a long time hilton member i have never been treated this badly, I expect better. Property was fine, as you would expect, I will not stay at this property again."

"Me encantó"

"Great location and friendly staff"
