The reception was hard for us to find and we spent about 15 minutes wandering around, so it would be helpful to get an informational email saying exactly where to go for the reception. The name above the door wasn't the one we were expecting to see. Other than that it was all good!"
"Es handelt sich ein schön gelegenes Garni-Hotel an der unteren Warnow. Durch die Lage im Gewerbegebiet und direkt an der Warnow ist es vor allem am Wochenende und vermutlich auch abends in der Woche traumhaft ruhig und mit dem außenliegenden Bar-Bereich und den Outdoormöbeln lässt es sich gerade bei schönem Wetter super entspannend aushalten... Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort... "
"Very comfortable hotel, spa was well furnished and quiet. Was a little dismayed to have a staff member open the door to the sauna and give a 5 minute lecture on the need to sit on towels while using it, towels were all brown from the benches afterwards.
Excellent breakfast and outstanding shower. Rooms were a little hot and some air con would have been nice. Staff were very friendly and efficient. "
