Mold in shower, doors getting stuck = Room lacked basic amenities like conditioner, lotion = Reception staff seemed clueless, any question needed 3 people to answer. Desk closes down at 11 pm !!"

"This hotel has an excellent location and is within the walking distance of multiple restaurants, shoppings and train stations. The breakfast is really good and has lots of choices! Unfortunately the room does not have air conditioning, this was especially tough since those days it was very hot in Interlarken. Also, the bathroom is quite small, estfor family."

"We stayed here for two nights with my mom and sister, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The room was ready even before check-in time, which was a lovely surprise.
