"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."

"We had a speedy checkin with welcoming reception staff. The hotel location was ideal for our short stay in Interlaken. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. "Der Empfang war sehr herzlich mit einem Drink nach unserer Wahl. Unser Eckzimmer lag im 4. Stock und war sehr geräumig und durch die vielen Fenster sehr hell. Das Hotel mit vielen Verwinklungen hat einen ganz eigenen Charme. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig. Zum Kongress-Zenter waren es zu Fuss nur ca. 8 min. Die Rezeption des Hotels ist nicht 24h besetzt. Im Gebäude gibt es auch eine Bar. Kleiner Minuspunkt: ich habe den Zimmernachbarn durch die Wand schnarchen hören."
