"Perfect"

"What a lovely find! Visiting family in Julich and found this wonderful hotel via geographic search. The host is charming, extremely helpful and makes the most divine breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. Host took us to our room and set the A/C on cold because we are Americans from FL....he had vacationed in FL and knew we wanted it cold. Street side room was quiet even without rolldown shutters closed. Parking was free and ample at a community lot across the street. We took the breakfast the first morning and couldn't wait for each subsequent morning. Meats, perfectly fresh fruits and vegetable, wonderful bread, cooked to order eggs, fresh juice along with coffee, tea and cold water (another American trait). Our only regret was our schedule didn't give us the opportunity to have dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The morning preps and evening scents indicated it would have been every bit as wonderful as breakfast. Host and his wife were gracious and helpful, even calling a local pharmacy to find an OTC remedy my husband needed. When we checked in we inquired about a local wine store. After asking what type of wine we were looking for, the host picked a perfect bottle from his cellar for us, so no wine store needed. This hotel is a great value. We will stay each time we visit our family in the area and we strongly recommend you make this your home when in the area. "

"Check-in time was limited 3pn to 6pm. Delays on Le shuttle meant we wouldn't arrive until nearly 7pm. We messaged the hotel. This was not a problem for them. On arrival we checked in and obtained our room. Very spacious and comfortable. We went down for dinner and found a table on the terrace. Everything was amazing from service to food. The head waiter was chatty and engaging. Great service. Very impressed."
