Can't really say enough nice about the hotel. The staff was awesome, it was clean. Everything but the beds were perfect, and in a hotel.... I can't complain about the beds really. The pillows were even great. I'm so spoiled by my mattress at home, the bar is too high for a hotel to meet. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Helen.

The staff at Hampton Inn in Helen were extremely helpful and personable. They went beyond expectations, even making sure fresh cookies were available when we returned for the evening. The breakfast was not as extensive as other Hampton Inn locations, but the food was hot and fresh. Our stay there was very pleasant.

The location to the main strip downtown was wonderful. Easily walkable. Our room was spacious and the balcony facing the river was exactly what we hoped for. Outdoor pool along the riverside was well maintained. Best of all is the private park area with direct access to the river, benches, and a porch swing. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of items to choose from. The gal who checked us in was extremely friendly and quite funny which was an unexpected plus! Highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn in Helen, the location was great, right on the Chattahoochee River and not a far walk to restaurants, parks, shopping, and the mountain coaster. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the cookies that were served daily in the lobby. I liked the swings and benches that were placed down by the river, it was a great place to relax. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility was a little aged but overall it was a great stay.

The check-in/check-out process was flawless. The staff was very friendly and offered us fresh-baked cookies upon arrival. It is very conveniently located to EVERYTHING in Helen being just a block on the main street. The river runs right through the back of the property and is accessible from the pool area. Cannot say enough good about this place. The rooms were clean and spacious. The entire property is clean and well landscaped. The staff were are very helpful and nice. They had great food options and lots of snacks and drinks available. This hotel is also within walking distance to pretty much everything on the .ain road through Helen. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.
