"Arrived a bit later in the evening around maybe 10:30 and the lady in the front was super sweet I wish I caught her name but she was wet engaging and fun to check in with. Room was a kind size and it seemed even bigger than that! Comfy bed, fluffy pillows, would’ve liked maybe a little thicker blanket to cover with but the room did have an extra on top shelf of closet area so that was nice. AC was on point and kept us nice and cold all night long. Shower was good with soap and shampoo/conditioner combo provided. Water pressure was iffy, but that would be the only thing with the room. Spacious, nice, covered recliner in the room, adequate shelving space and decent sized tv. Lighting was also good as some can be a bit dark. We didn’t grab breakie but did peep in and it had waffles, cereal, and some pastries and juice. We heft before taking it in as we had to go, but would’ve eaten had we had time. Staff was super friendly overall. I was looking for the ice machine and one cleaning lady told me it was on the first floor. As I started looking around another asked what I needed help finding and then directed me right to it. Super friendly. Would recommend this place and would definitely stay again."

"The building was of a old comfortable house where I used to go to when I was younger on holidays,room temperature was great and clean bathrooms the same ,breakfast could be a little more better the eggs was cold to the touch like they were in the fridge overall it was very nice but for me if you want a good night sleep don’t get any rooms by the street and the people upstairs was jumping up and down on the floor so I couldn’t sleep apart from noises from the street and light coming through the windows I should have asked for some blackout curtain I can’t sleep in lighted room darkness for me"

"Rooms were spacious and the kitchen was great. Bathroom door and the bedroom door were a bit warped so doors were hard to close and super loud when I opens the doors."

"We loved our double bed suite room. The sofa section created distance between beds and bathroom. Really enjoyed the white light lamp over the reading chair (with is own table) The mattresses and pillows were very comfy and the thermostat worked. Clean bathroom too. We will book this hotel again. Breakfast was standard, except there was a pancake machine instead of a waffle maker. It is nice they provide water, coffee, and tea all the time."

"Fantastic place! Clean and neat. Conveniently located in East Syracuse right off of Carrier Circle. The Syracuse Airport is close by. Friendly, welcoming, accommodating staff. Excellent free coffee in the morning. Plenty of free parking. I always felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!"
